Cover it and stir frequently. After it juices up add sugar to taste.<\/p>\n<p>The following two recipes are thanks to CSA member Pat Wieler.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Easy Rhubarb Jam<\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div>5 cups diced rhubarb<\/div>\n<div>1 small can crushed pineapple (drained)<\/div>\n<div>2 cups sugar<\/div>\n<div>1 small package strawberry jello<\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div>Mix rhubarb, pineapple and sugar and let stand for 2 hours.<\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div>Then boil for 12 minutes.<\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div>Remove from heat, stir in strawberry jello.  Stir and put in jars.  <\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div>Refrigerate or freeze.<\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Rhubarb Custard Pie<\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div>3 eggs<\/div>\n<div>1.5 cups white sugar<\/div>\n<div>1\/4 cup flour<\/div>\n<div>1 tsp vanilla<\/div>\n<div>3 Tbsp. milk<\/div>\n<div>1 Tbsp. butter<\/div>\n<div>4 cups diced rhubarb<\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div>Mix eggs and beat slightly.  Add sugar, flour, vanilla, milk and butter.
