Draft Horse Workshops
For the past 31 years Orchard Hill Farm has used work horses on our land. Ken has developed specialized farm equipment for heavy horses, and is very enthusiastic about sharing with others the knowledge and skill he has acquired farming with working horses. Since their first workshop in 1999, Ken and Martha have met many wonderful people, and continue to look forward to future workshops as opportunities to share their love of the draft horse with others. Every draft horse workshop includes home-cooked meals, plenty of opportunity for hands-on learning and enjoyable conversation around the table!
